Moreland Metropolis Council has opened its first train park for seniors, that includes exercise stations designed to strengthen the health and stability of older folks.
Contributing to a hub of exercise for older folks, the park is situated subsequent to the Coburg Senior Citizen’s Centre at 21 Harding Road, Coburg.
Moreland Mayor Mark Riley stated the park offers a novel method for seniors to remain match and energetic in an out of doors setting.
