ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester’s prime health instructors are inviting exercise fanatics and residents to “sweat it out” at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park for this 12 months’s SweatFest.
The competition will happen on July 17 from 8:30 a.m. by 1 p.m. at Manhattan Sq..
Lessons might be led by greater than 25 native health studio instructors and wellness consultants. Included are classes that supply row, energy yoga, booty camp, boxing, cycle, dance fusion, and pilate workouts.
