I used to be born in 1956. That makes me “outdated.” Granted, I am fairly beat up nowadays. I’ve had my share of accidents, the results of having lived a moderately careless lively life outdoor, on horses, bikes, bicycles, and the sector of competitors. Individuals my age who haven’t spent their years in a chair have an accumulation of aches and pains, most of them earned the arduous approach. And for us, beat up or not, one of the simplest ways to remain within the sport is to coach for energy.
