Squats (sleeves, no belt) – bar/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 units/3 reps/275lbs.
Cut up Squats – 3 units/12 reps per leg.
Concerning my hip. Dr appears to suppose it is a tight piriformis thats aggravating my sciatic nerve.
Hense, the ache. He prescribes I do pigeon stretches repeatedly.
This makes whole sense. If it would not assist I will return and physio can be prescribed.
