Mendacity Leg Raises – 2 units/25 reps.
Entice Bar Holds – 230lbs/30 sec, 330lbs/30 sec, 430lbs/30 sec, 540lbs/nearly 20 sec.
Push Ups – 3 units/12,14,16 reps.
Excessive Cable Rows – 3 units/12 reps/50kg.
