Friday, Saturday and Sunday had been busy with work, mates and residential. The work week was mentally stressfull. I wanted a break. Sunday night I spent laying on the livingroom ground with my legs up on the sofa. Like that I did about 6-7 units of 20 crunches. It did not appear that tough however I really feel the core tightness at this time.
This morning I used to be presupposed to attempt the FORCE check once more however a financial institution appointment ran extra time. That stated, I punished myself with coaching at house.
Rebounding – half-hour.
Squats – 2 units/6 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/8 reps.
Stroll/Jog – 2km round block.
It’s so sizzling and it rained this morning. Humidity is loopy. The 2km was killer. Now it is time to go to work.
