Yesterday was robust. We did a considerable amount of work on the deck. I used to be exhausted by the tip of the day. This morning I went for a stroll whereas my spouse watched her present. Good straightforward stroll across the block.

This afternoon I made a decision to coach some Push Pull.

Rebounding – 60 minutes.
