It is election day in Canada. I am involved in regards to the final result. The final 10 years have been not good. I suppose we’ll learn the way Candians suppose. It bothers me most that I do not consider as most Canadians. That my values are miss aligned with my fellow residents. Possibly I will be pleasantly shocked. Fingers crossed.

After voting it is time to prepare.

Additional WG Pull Downs – 6 units/12 reps/55 through 80kg.

Standing Focus Biceps Curls – 3 units/12 reps per arm/35lbs.

Yesterday I solely managed half-hour of rebounding. At present, significantly better. Feeling good. Working tonight.
