At present I combined coaching up a bit. Because it’s Household Day and I haven’t got to work I made a decision to go to work to coach. It was an excellent concept as bldg 21 was nearly fully empty.

Brisk Stroll – 8 units/3 laps.
Push Ups – 4 units/12 reps, 4 units/15 reps.

About 45 minutes complete.

Earlier than the eight units I did three laps of heat up. Then concluded with three laps quiet down.
Afterwards I took benefit of all of the open area and the bumper plates. 
Clear and Press – 95lbs/6 presses, 145lbs/2 singles, 195lbs/1 rep, 195lbs/3 reps.
I am actually happy with my efficiency right this moment. It is a good place to launch from. Three seperate objects to work on. FORCE take a look at, Charity Log Carry, Battle on the Border. Gonna be a loopy time.
