Components

PEANUT BUTTER S’MORES PROTEIN COOKIE

  • 3 Quest Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
  • 2 oz (¼ cup) sugar free chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sugar free marshmallows, reduce in half (Choc Zero Model)

Methodology

  1. Soften the chocolate and heavy cream collectively in a microwave protected bowl. Stir till easy.
  2. Unfold the chocolate over every cookie. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  3. High every cookie with two marshmallow halves.
  4. Use a cooking torch to toast the marshmallows. Serve.
