CHEAT ON MEATLOAF WITH QUESTIFIED CHEESY MEATLOAF PROTEIN BITES. Again within the day, the hair was large, the fitness center shorts had been small—and the meatloaf was grody to the max. Energy: 150  | Protein: 15g  | Fats: 10g | Web Carb: 1g

Complete Carb: 2g   | Sugar: <1g

Substances

CHEESEY MEATLOAD PROTEIN BITES

  • 1 lbs lean floor beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 luggage Quest BBQ Protein Chips, crushed
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 tsp ketchup (sugar free)

Methodology

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and put together a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the meat, egg, chips, almond flour and seasonings collectively.
  3. Separate the combination into 20 evenly sized balls.
  4. Press the balls flat and add about 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella within the heart and wrap the meat round.
  5. Prime every meatloaf chunk with a dollop of ketchup and bake for 10-12 minutes and cooked by way of.
  6. Serve instantly.
