20 Might 2000, I married my greatest buddy. My soulmate. She is by far the perfect factor thats ever occurred to me. The final 25 years have been wonderful. 25 extra? Do not threaten me with a great time.

This morning once I received away from bed I felt horrible. My ankles, knees, hips and again felt horrible. A cup of espresso some breakfast and all the things is alright.

Rebounding – 35 minutes (7×5 min)

Laying Leg Raises – 6 units/15,15,20,20,20,20 reps.

After that I went for a stroll across the block with my son.

The little little bit of jogging I did felt a lot better than yesterday. Silly physique, making an attempt to idiot me.
