The federal election has come and gone. It did not go the best way I wished or anticipated. As a Canadian I am extra confused than ever. Coaching and getting stronger makes plenty of sense. I suppose I am going to persist with that.

Rebounding – 70 minutes (14×5 min)

Sand Bag Choose and Carry – 6 units/80ft/120lbs.

Standing Dumbbell Press – 6 units/10,12,14 reps/40lbs dumbbells.

Superb coaching at the moment. Somethings I will not be prepared for Tolstoi. Different issues I will probably be prepared. That mentioned, I get higher/stronger at every thing. Feels nice!

Oh ya! I bought a supply at the moment!
