This morning I went out for a stroll/run with my son. The forest fires in Northern Manitoba are making air high quality very poor. That stated, I pushed a bit tougher and went one other 1/2km farther.
After that I did some operating round. This afternoon I wished to get 10k steps so on to the rebounder.
Rebounding – 60 minutes (6×5 min +30 min)
Ab Sling Knee Ups – 6 units/10 reps/mild band.
Static Stretches.
I could not simply bounce. The Knee Ups had been am glorious adition. It is actually sizzling at the moment, 34°C. Thats sufficient. I bought my 10k steps
