This week has been loopy busy. I am fortunate to have the week finish off. Early this morning I went fishing with my children. With solely 5hrs sleep I drove out to the river for some high quality household time.
Bought dwelling and needed to exit shortly after. Bought dwelling once more and began making dinner. After that I began coaching.

Rebounding – 20 minutes
SSB Squats – 2 units/8 reps/bar (50lbs), 4 units/6 reps/140lbs.
At this level it is getting smokey out and I can really feel it behind my throat. Time to cease and go in for dinner.
